We are inviting applications for the role of Risks Specialist, responsible for managing third-party risks. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to assess supplier performance, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with company policies.

About the Role

The Risks Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the primary manager in managing third-party due diligence processes.
  • Conducting research on new business opportunities and creating supporting materials.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to assess supplier code of conduct, performance, external risk assessment, and onsite audits.
  • Following up with suppliers on questionnaire status, code of conduct acknowledgments, and other tasks.
  • Delivering high-quality outputs within defined timelines.
  • Preparing and circulating daily/weekly/monthly progress reports with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A graduate degree from a reputable college.
  • Experience in third-party due diligence (TPDD) and/or vendor onboarding processes is preferred.
  • Understanding of screening databases like Lexis Nexis, Dow Jones, Thomson Reuters, etc. is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required.
