Subject Matter Expert Lead

Job Title:
Subject Matter Expert LeadThis is a managerial role responsible for overseeing the development and management of questions banks, coordinating with subject matter experts, and working closely with other team members to ensure quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in education, assessment, and evaluation, with a strong understanding of test design and blueprinting, question development, and data analysis. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing questions banks and ensuring quality standards are met
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality questions and assessments
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and meet business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- 5+ years of experience in education, assessment, and evaluation
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online assessment platforms
