Job Description:

We are currently seeking a seasoned industry professional to join our team as an IT Services Industry Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research and analysis, providing strategic recommendations to top IT services vendors, and serving as a subject matter expert on the latest trends and developments in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT services domain, with experience in operational transformation, strategic marketing, and bid support. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build relationships across the market and manage discussions regarding vendor capability.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting detailed market analyses of the IT services industry
  • Providing strategic recommendations to top IT services vendors on their offerings, strategic development, and operational transformation journey
  • Serving as a subject matter expert and demonstrating thought leadership on the latest trends and developments in the industry
  • Assessing vendor capability and producing NEAT charts
  • Attending industry analyst events and tracking vendor news and announcements
  • Supporting vendor firms in their strategic development and operational transformation needs
