Process Safety Specialist

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring safe operation of offshore production facilities, high-pressure gas processing systems, and oil/water/gas separation facilities.
  • Providing process safety design for production systems such as crude oil, produced water treatment, water injection, and condensate treatment.
  • Developing and reviewing hazard classification schedules and drawings.
  • Reviewing and providing guidance on discipline engineering and design deliverables including P&IDs and datasheets.
  • Performing flare network sizing and reporting using tools like Hysys and FlareNet.

Requirements:

  • Competent knowledge of process safety principles and regulations.
