Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our project implementation team, you will provide expert guidance and support to our clients in the discovery, design, and delivery of our Treasury Management System (TMS) solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of TMS solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with our technical consultants to design and deliver customized solutions that meet our clients' unique business needs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of our TMS solutions, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our technology.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance our clients' operations and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in treasury management, with a strong background in TMS configuration and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in TMS software and systems.
