Marketing Professional Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst and Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and qualify leads through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
  2. Research and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, handing over qualified leads to the sales team.
  3. Execute targeted campaigns (cold email, ads, events, content) to attract new customers.
Marketing Execution:
  1. Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels.
  2. Manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
  3. Coordinate with design and product teams to create customer-centric messaging.
Marketing Analytics & Insights:
  1. Track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates.
  2. Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead funnel, and market trends.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong balance between creativity and analytical thinking. A bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required, along with less than 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Less than 2 years or 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B/SaaS/ERP industry marketing.
