Senior IT Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Professional to oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including setup and maintenance of office systems, networks, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will bring over 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, with a proven track record of managing office setups, supporting end-users, maintaining hardware/software systems, and ensuring data security compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments is essential for this role.
  • Hands-on experience with networking tools and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) is necessary for optimal performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of IT asset management tools and ticketing systems is a must-have for efficient workflow management.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools, firewalls, and backup solutions is also a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills are crucial for resolving complex issues.
  • Strong project management and communication skills are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field is preferred for this role.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in related fields are necessary for this position.
  • Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems is a must-have.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus.
