As a Workplace Standard Auditor and Trainer, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of responsible mica supply chains in India.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be based in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, and will work closely with our governance bodies, executive team, members, and partners to establish fair, responsible, and sustainable mica supply chains in India.

Key Objectives:
  • Establish gap assessments of Indian mica processors and mines versus our Global Workplace Standard (GWS)
  • Design and implement corrective action plans to ensure compliance with our standards
  • Coordinate collective third-party audit protocol for our members
  • Develop and conduct training sessions on responsible workplace standards
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our efforts to eliminate unacceptable working conditions and eradicate child labor in the mica industry. With over 100 members, we work with companies, civil society organizations, industry associations, and governments to develop and implement responsible workplace standards.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in International Development, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain social and environmental auditing
  • Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
