Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
  • Our ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in automation testing, preferably with Playwright.
  • The successful candidate will be hands-on with scripting languages like JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • A strong understanding of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) and automation tools like Bamboo is required.
  • Knowledge of test management solutions like Xray and JIRA, Agile methodology, and selenium grid is essential.
  • The ability to work with cross-browser testing and good knowledge of Git, Bitbucket is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, a positive team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TestNG, Maven, and Appium is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated tests using various tools and technologies.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and testing.
  • Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks and scripts.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues with automation scripts and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in automation testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD and automation tools like Bamboo.
  • Knowledge of test management solutions like Xray and JIRA.
