Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Officer to fill this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security controls, procedures, and protocols across the organization.
  • Oversight of compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations including ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and others as applicable.
  • Internal reviews of security practices, identifying gaps or vulnerabilities, and ensuring timely remediation.
  • Maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures to maintain a robust security posture.
  • Client liaison: meeting with prospective and current clients to explain our security protocols, address concerns, and support compliance-related inquiries.
  • Risk identification and mitigation: proactive identification of risks and recommendation of practical solutions to mitigate threats.
  • Documentation and reporting: maintenance of clear and comprehensive records of security activities, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.
  • Enhancement of the organization's security framework and practices through ongoing improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years in information security, compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong background in implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards.
  • Effective communication of technical security concepts to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar qualifications.
