Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our structural engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader to manage and mentor junior engineers, drive project success, and deliver high-quality engineering designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of junior structural engineers, providing strategic direction, technical guidance, and performance reviews.
  • Manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery within quality and cost parameters.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments for ongoing projects.
  • Lead and review the development of structural design for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools.
  • Validate design assumptions and methodologies against applicable international and local standards.
  • Optimize structural systems and material.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on structural matters.
  • Participate in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
  • Extensive knowledge of structural engineering principles, practices, and codes.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
