Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Coding Expert to create engaging and challenging questions for assessments and learning modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Core Programming, OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Error Handling. They will design both theoretical MCQs and hands-on coding challenges that test real-world Programming skills.

This role involves developing theory questions, designing coding problems, categorizing questions into difficulty levels, ensuring originality, and collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop theory questions (MCQs, short answers, scenario-based)
  • Design coding problems with clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases
  • Categorize questions into difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard)
  • Ensure originality and high quality of questions
  • Collaborate with the team to align with assessment requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Core Programming, OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Error Handling
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile Development, REST APIs, and practical use cases is a plus
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or preparing coding challenges is an advantage
