Job Title:

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee bank staff and outsourced teams. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of operations, management, billing, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage performance, service levels, and sales targets
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team productivity and quality
  • Cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including sales, customer support, and quality assurance
  • Escalation handling, complaint resolution, and conflict management
  • Utilize data analytics to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a contact centre environment, preferably in banking or financial processes
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving service levels, and enhancing team performance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach staff
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of training and development methodologies, quality control processes, and customer experience principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
  • Prior experience in training and development, quality assurance, or customer support
  • Familiarity with CRM software, data analytics tools, and other relevant technologies
