As an Enterprise Application Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the structural availability, stability, and performance of applications on production and test environments. This includes ensuring policy compliance and adherence to governance processes for owned applications.

Your key responsibilities will also include timely completion of external/internal audit teams' tasks, such as SOX processes, to avoid delays or escalations related to non-compliance. You will plan, conduct, and support disaster recovery tests, collaborate with service operation/L2 teams where application expertise is required, and work closely with technical information security officers on IT security and governance topics.

In addition, you will manage software licenses, security certificates, and contracts with service providers, as well as vendor management of all application-related service providers. Change management, access management, and documentation maintenance are also crucial aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in a similar role or application management, with a total of 10+ years of IT experience. Knowledge of IT service management and hands-on ITIL experience are highly desirable. Familiarity with tools like Jira, HP ALM, Confluence, and server monitoring tools is also essential.

You will be working in a team-oriented environment, requiring excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience. Flexibility, adaptability, and planning/organizing abilities are necessary to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
