Support go-live activities, post-deployment troubleshooting, and periodic access automation validation checks.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), manual discovery of Identity Provider (IDP) and API Gateway usage across applications.

A business and information technology or computer science master degree holder with 5-8 years of experience in customer support, technical support, access administration, or business analysis is preferred.

Strong understanding of IDP concepts, API authentication, and credential management is required.

Excellent communication and analytical skills are necessary for success in this role.
