Job Title: PCS/BESS Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our PCS/BESS products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support and remote assistance to customers, including debugging, maintenance, and modification.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through simple fault resolution.
  • Manage on-site spare parts inventory to ensure seamless product operation.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through regular communication and feedback.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of PCS/BESS products, including power distribution diagrams and user manuals.
Requirements:
  • English language proficiency
  • A self-motivated mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in the energy storage industry, particularly with PCS and BESS systems, is preferred
