We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and unlock valuable insights that drive business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mind and the ability to partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems
  • Monitor existing metrics, analyze data, and collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, or dashboards to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make informed decisions
  • Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to leadership teams
  • Demonstrate excellent writing skills to create clear, concise artifacts easily digestible by business and technical partners
  • Show self-motivation and ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, Operations, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analysis role
  • Ability to analyze associate and customer inputs to influence internal and external partners
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and/or experience with SQL & QuickSight

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Retail, Transportation, or Operations
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages
  • Experience communicating across all levels of management, peers, and partners
