Campus Recruiter Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Campus Recruiter to join our team at Opus Global Services LLC. The ideal candidate will specialize in campus and bulk hiring, utilizing their excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with institutions and manage large-scale recruitment events.

Responsibilities:
  • Campus Recruitment:
    • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical institutions.
    • Coordinate and execute successful campus hiring drives and events.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, seminars, and networking events.
  • Bulk Hiring:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring campaigns.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and timelines.
    • Screen and shortlist candidates efficiently for bulk hiring requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Leverage various channels to attract top candidates, including social media, referrals, job boards, and campus partnerships.
    • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between institutions, candidates, and the company.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of recruitment activities, candidate databases, and event feedback.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the management team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in campus or bulk hiring is desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage large-scale recruitment events.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Travel:

Able to travel frequently (up to 60% of the time).
