Lead Clinical Operations as a Medical Doctor

We are seeking an experienced Medical Doctor to drive clinical success at our center. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering measurable, safe, and effective health optimization strategies.

About the Role:
  • Conduct patient consultations—both in-person and virtually, focusing on preventive care and personalized treatment plans.
  • Design and approve comprehensive wellness and IV therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Interpret results from blood tests, gut microbiome, epigenetic panels, and wearables to inform treatment decisions.
  • Supervise clinical activities, guide nursing staff, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide medical insights, clinical validation, and real-world case scenarios to support AI and software development teams working on internal tools and personalization engines.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, documentation, and regulatory adherence across all clinical operations.
Ideal Candidate:
  • MBBS or MD/DNB equivalent degree in Community Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • 3-4 years of clinical experience, preferably in preventive, wellness, or diagnostic-based practice.
  • Ability to work effectively with product and tech teams, offering insights that help train AI models and digital health platforms according to clinical standards.
