We're Hiring: Associate Dentist (2–3 Years Experience) – Mumbai

At Mistry Advanced Dentistry, a legacy practice with over 60 years of excellence, we combine tradition with cutting-edge restorative and aesthetic dentistry. We are now looking for a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a dentist with 2–3 years of clinical experience who is eager to grow. You will:

  • Begin by assisting on advanced cases, learning our philosophy and protocols.
  • Gradually move to handling smaller cases, eventually growing into larger restorative and aesthetic treatments.
  • Work closely with Dr. Saiesha Mistry on comprehensive cases, including lab communication, documentation, and digital smile design.
  • Gain exposure to responsible aesthetics, risk-based planning, and world-class clinical workflows.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care: diagnosis, treatment planning, fillings, crowns, and preventive care.
  • Assist on advanced full-mouth and aesthetic cases.
  • Manage digital workflows, documentation, and lab communication.
  • Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and record-keeping.
Qualifications
  • BDS degree (MDS preferred but not required).
  • Current dental license to practice in India.
  • 2–3 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient management.
  • Team-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous learning.
  • CPR certification preferred.
