Seeking an experienced WordPress developer to craft customized solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create bespoke WordPress themes and plugins based on client specifications
  • Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for WordPress websites, including troubleshooting and bug fixes
  • Familiarity with speed optimization techniques
  • Stay current on the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Configure and customize WooCommerce functionalities like product pages, shopping carts, and payment gateways to enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in WordPress development
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins
  • Hubspot CMS experience is a plus.
  • Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a bonus
  • Experience with custom coding in WordPress, including developing custom functionality, hooks, and filters
  • Proficiency in PHP and MySQL for customizing WordPress functionality beyond standard themes and plugins
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug custom code efficiently
  • Familiarity with WordPress coding standards and best practices for maintaining clean, efficient, and secure code
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when implementing custom solutions to meet project requirements

Shift Time: Remote flexibility. No specific time constraints apply.
