Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to design and implement innovative data cloud solutions that unify customer data from multiple systems, creating a single source of truth to drive personalization and engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and implement data cloud solutions including data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations.
  • Define and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within data cloud to support business use cases.
  • Integrate data cloud with marketing, sales, and service clouds for end-to-end personalization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Implement ETL, API, and middleware integrations for large-scale data ingestion.
  • Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Document solutions and provide training to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Must-Haves:
  • 5–9 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 2+ years in data cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
  • Good understanding of marketing, sales, or service clouds.
  • Salesforce certifications (preferred): data cloud consultant, data architect, platform developer I/II.
Desirable Skills
  • Exposure to Einstein AI/analytics with data cloud.
  • Experience with Snowflake, AWS, or GCP data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of customer 360 audiences and advanced segmentation strategies.
  • Prior experience working in agile/scrum environments.
