Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist">

The Quality Assurance Specialist reports directly to the Associate Quality Excellence, assisting in the development of, and being responsible for the maintenance, control of documents and continual improvement of the quality management system (QMS) and business management system (BMS).

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintenance and management of Business Management System (BMS) SharePoint site.
  2. Updates and maintains files, logs, including Master Document List (MDL).
  3. Revises and/or creates document in the Management system as required.
  4. Possesses a professional and confident manner.
  5. Point of contact for all document creation and/or revision.
  6. Performs administrative support of the QMS/BMS.
  7. Obtains required approvals/signatures as required for Plans/Procedures and documentation.
  8. Manages the Documentation Creation/Revision requests and system.
  9. Ensures Quality Control of documents and records are maintained in accordance with the approved quality procedures.
  10. Ensures electronic distribution of Management system when required.
  11. Checks, verifies, and confirms the QMS status for the business.
  12. Behaves in a way that is consistent with WSP's values - honesty and integrity.
  13. A positive attitude with a strong work ethic is key.
  14. Supports the team in document and reports formatting.

Mandatory Skills:

1. O365 Applications including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Team, Outlook)

2. 2 years' experience in SharePoint 2010/2013 or above

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
