Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications, identifying and resolving defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and analyze performance tests to ensure optimal application performance and user experience.
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex issues related to application scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, scripts, and data sets to support large-scale and complex architecture testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions using industry-standard tools such as JMeter and Load Runner.
  • Work closely with monitoring teams to optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement fixes to improve overall system efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Linux system process monitoring, scripting languages (Perl, KSH, Bash), and monitoring tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the field of QA and performance testing.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in Performance Testing, preferably in a cloud-based infrastructure environment.
  • Hands-on experience with performance test tools, including JMeter and Load Runner.
  • Proficiency in identifying, generating, and setting up test data to support large-scale and complex architecture testing.
  • Strong understanding of Linux system process monitoring, scripting languages (Perl, KSH, Bash), and monitoring tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
  • Experience working with Google Cloud or similar cloud-based infrastructure, including hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Rest APIs, JSON, NoSQL DBs.
  • Technical skills in DNS, web, application server, messaging queues, and No-SQL/SQL databases.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
