Role Overview

The General Affairs Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Indian office. This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage various aspects of office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vendors for building management, security, housekeeping, pantry, and transport services.
  • Administer contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and service key performance indicators to drive cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain office assets, inventory records, and equipment lifecycle documentation.
  • Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Manage office relocations, seating arrangements, visitor access, and ID badge issuance.
  • Assist with corporate social responsibility events and internal activities as assigned.
  • Produce administrative reports and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; prior experience in general affairs or facilities administration is beneficial.
  • Vendor-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with documentation, tracking, and reporting.
