Finance Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to lead our treasury operations in the corporate finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing banking relationships, financial documentation, and database management related to Banking, Borrowing, Forex, Investments, and Working Capital Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a corporate treasury function.
  • Invest in Mutual Funds / Fixed Deposits in accordance with the Investment Policy.
  • Liaise with Banks / Fund Houses for transaction execution.
  • Database Management for reporting purposes.
  • Pertinent documentation for Treasury operations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for transaction closure.
  • Drive accounting closure of treasury transactions.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the treasury function.
  • Achieve zero omission or emission in database management.
  • Manage Time-Average Turnaround (TAT) for documentation.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with Bankers and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with self-discipline to manage work independently.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with general banking terminology and processes.
  • Basic accounting knowledge to understand transaction impacts.
  • Superb interpersonal skills.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Reuters / Bloomberg.
