**System Architect for Building Management Systems**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a Building Management System (BMS) hardware system for energy storage applications.
  • Deliver high-quality modules/systems on-time by applying state-of-the-art BMS systems, layouts, and ensuring compliance with EMI-EMC aspects.
  • Provide solutions to complex use cases and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

Educational Qualification:

  • BE/BTech/MTech in Electrical Engineering or related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant fields.

**Mandatory Skills:**

  • Experience in developing BMS systems for energy storage applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience in architecting power electronics concepts for BMS.
  • Design knowledge of digital circuit design, analog circuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, micro-processors, micro-controllers & DSPs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries, such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730.
  • Knowledge of PCB layout constraints.
  • Experience with Analog Front End circuit design for Li-ion batteries.
  • Experience using simulation tools like P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad.
  • Experience with FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Experience working with sensing technologies, hardware peripherals, and communication circuit design.
  • Experience in Power Supply Design.
  • Experience with MOSFET driving.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Knowledge of safety regulatory standards like IEC61508, ISO26262.
  • Experience with contactors and relays.
  • Working knowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products.
