About This RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end processes across HR and IT, overseeing the delivery of successful releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Release Management: Manage the entire process from start to finish, ensuring release notes are reviewed and shared with key stakeholders.
  • Change Requests (CR): Oversee the CR process within HR and IT, delivering configuration changes across the HR platform.
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans using tools that facilitate task listing, assignments, tracking, and modification to ensure delivery of quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Effective planning and execution of projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Analyzing management reports to drive informed decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of DevSecOps and hands-on experience in using DevOps tooling such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
