Medical Writer, Medical Information

This is an opportunity to combine your understanding of medical science and aptitude for writing into one unique role.

  • Develop high-quality scientific, medical, and educational content such as slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, infographics, congress materials, literature searches and reviews, standard response letters and engagement content.
  • Liaise and build relationships with pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, internal and external stakeholders including authors, reviewers and key opinion leaders across therapeutic areas.
  • Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize scientific expertise to develop client-ready materials according to client needs.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, authors/faculty, clients and vendors.
  • Apply scientific and creative knowledge to develop effective medical communications initiatives in the digital space.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to client requirements, SOPs, style guides, client templates and internal guidelines.
  • Perform as a document specialist, provide intellectual input across document types and contribute to making cutting-edge research accessible to specific audiences.
Qualifications and Prerequisites
  • 1-3 years of experience in relevant fields of scientific writing.
  • PhD/MD (Pharmacology) or PhD (Life Sciences) or PharmD with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
  • Experience working on publications, clear concise scientific writing style with high attention to detail and excellent language skills.
