Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Manager

About the Role:

The Supply Chain Planning Manager will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to optimize supply chain operations, ensuring seamless distribution from mother warehouse to 20 branch warehouses across multiple product categories.

This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain planning principles and excellent analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Distribution Planning: Develop and implement distribution plans that meet customer needs while minimizing costs.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that products are available when needed without excess stock.
  • Network Optimization: Analyze and improve network efficiency, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on supply chain goals.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
