At a dynamic organization, we seek an experienced ServiceNow Senior Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer to play a pivotal role in our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary ServiceNow Administrator with strong expertise in SPM and ensure seamless integration of processes.
  • Hands-on experience in SPM modules: Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace is required.
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and solution design, driving business value through innovative solutions.
  • Perform impact assessments on new solutions and SPM enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows efficiently, leveraging automation to enhance productivity.
  • Carry out system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support effectively, guaranteeing high-quality outputs.
  • Manage code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts smoothly, maintaining a robust and scalable infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems, applying advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Implement automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub strategically, streamlining business processes.
  • Handle platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment professionally, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Perform daily health checks and resolve performance issues promptly, maintaining optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams for issue resolution and defect fixes seamlessly, promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations is required.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration is essential.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub is necessary.
  • Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support is crucial.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks efficiently is vital.
