In this role, you will be responsible for managing network infrastructure costs and ensuring smooth payments to vendors. This involves processing vendor invoices in a timely manner, conducting monthly reviews of infrastructure bills, deductions, and dispute settlements.

  • Validate and process vendor invoices in a timely manner.">
  • Conduct monthly reviews of infrastructure bills, deductions, and dispute settlements.">
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor ageing, advances, security deposits, accruals, prepaid schedules, and highlight exceptions to HOFO.">
  • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines on vendor write-offs and backlogs.">
  • Drive the completion of statutory audits and ensure satisfactory internal audit reports.">
