Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned expert in PEGA BPM to lead the design, development and implementation of scalable business process management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage PEGA PRPC architecture to architect and deliver innovative BPM applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain reusable PEGA components, including rules, flows, data models, integrations and user interfaces.
  • Perform system design, configuration and testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior PEGA developers to drive team success.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization to improve system efficiency.
  • Implement best practices, including guardrails compliance and version upgrades.
  • Ensure seamless integration of PEGA solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in PEGA BPM development, including at least 5 years on PEGA 7.x or 8.x versions.
  • In-depth knowledge of PEGA PRPC platform, including Case Management, Decision Rules and Workflows.
  • Expertise in PEGA system architecture, UI design and rules configuration.
  • Proficiency in integration technologies: REST, SOAP, JMS, MQ and databases.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL and XML.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in large-scale PEGA implementations across banking, insurance, healthcare or telecommunications domains.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices for PEGA deployment and CI/CD.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
