Lead Financial OperationsThe role of Finance Manager is a critical one at Yantra. It involves ensuring fiscal discipline, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business growth.
  2. Advise leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  3. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company's financial health.
Accounting & Compliance:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement.
Procurement & Cost Control:
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to track material costs and vendor payments.
  • Implement cost control measures across supply chain and manufacturing units to optimize expenses.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards to provide insights into financial performance.
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA preferred. 5–10 years in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction. Budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, Tally/SAP. Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator. Excellent communication, and presentation skills.Why This Role?
