Lead Generation Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. This role involves identifying potential leads, researching their needs, and presenting company offerings to generate interest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, such as social media, databases, and online research.
  • Reach out to leads via email, phone calls, and social media platforms to introduce our services and products.
  • Assess the potential of leads by understanding their pain points, budget, and requirements to pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Run lead generation campaigns using various tools and platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and effective tracking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitor offerings to effectively target potential leads.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and track activities within the CRM system to ensure timely and efficient lead management.
  • Have a deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas to effectively target the right leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with leads and present company offerings clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent research skills to identify leads within the FinTech industry using various sources and tools.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the FinTech sector.
  • Ability to manage and analyze lead data, track performance, and create reports in Excel.
  • Well-versed in identifying and targeting the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Experience running lead generation campaigns, utilizing campaign tools to optimize reach and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of various lead generation channels (email, social media, webinars, etc.) and best practices.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential leads.
  • A proactive approach to learning, solving problems, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; previous internship experience in sales, lead generation, or business development is a plus.
