Flutter Developer Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and build mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter, ensuring performance, scalability, and best practices.
  2. Act as an instructor and deliver training sessions to clients on Flutter app development.
  3. Train fellow team members on Flutter development and ensure that all training sessions are of high quality.
  4. Capture feedback from every session and student, updating the database and sharing it with senior management.
  5. Communicate effectively with international students and customers, possessing strong communication, diction, enunciation, and delivery skills.
  6. Handle online delivery and meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and use Google suite applications proficiently.
  7. Work collaboratively with other instructors on group projects and support the effective delivery of training.
  8. Communicate with customers about their upcoming sessions, curriculum plans, and more.
  9. Assess students regularly and provide detailed feedback to customers to improve learning outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of coding languages (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers.
  • Online Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Customer Service: Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.
