Job Description:

As a skilled front-end developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality user interfaces using Django templates. Your primary focus will be on creating seamless user experiences that are both visually appealing and functionally efficient.

You will work closely with back-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the front-end and back-end components integrate seamlessly. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the development process.

Key aspects of this role include:

  1. Designing and building high-quality web applications using Django
  2. Implementing user-facing features using Django templates
  3. Collaborating with back-end teams to integrate user interfaces with server-side logic
  4. Ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness of web applications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Django ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) for efficient database handling
  • Mastery of Django's template language for generating dynamic HTML content
  • Familiarity with Django REST framework for building Web APIs
  • Knowledge of class-based views to organise application logic
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Understanding of security features in Django (e.g., XSS protection, CSRF protection)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
