Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Compensation Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of total rewards principles and experience working with compensation data. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement compensation programs that align with business objectives
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program implementation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation roles, preferably consulting and field-based
  • All-round understanding of total rewards principles and application
  • Familiarity with leading Job Evaluation frameworks
  • Annual compensation cycle experience
  • Benefits vendor engagement and onboarding experience
  • High level proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
