Job Title: Compensation Administrator

About the Role

This is a key position in our organization, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Payroll:
  1. Ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness for monthly, bi-weekly, and other payment schedules.
  2. Maintain payroll records and employee data in HR/payroll systems.
  3. Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Payroll Compliance:
  1. C coordinate with HR on employee onboarding/offboarding, promotions, and other payroll-impacting changes.
  2. Handle payroll deductions, benefits, garnishments, bonuses, and other compensation-related components.
Reporting and Auditing:
  1. Prepare payroll reports for internal use and external audits.
  2. Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and earnings.
Collaboration:
  1. Work closely with Finance to reconcile payroll-related accounts.
  2. Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience (or as specified).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and payroll compliance regulations.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
