ServiceNow SPM Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) professional to fill a key role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Function as the primary ServiceNow administrator with expertise in SPM
  • Possess hands-on experience in SPM modules: Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and solution design
  • Evaluate the impact of new solutions and SPM enhancements
  • Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows
  • Carry out system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support
  • Manage code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems
  • Implement automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub
  • Perform daily health checks and resolve performance issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience
  • In-depth understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
  • Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks
