Network Security Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in process engineering, IT service management, or a related operational improvement role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex problems and has strong analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Engineering: Develop and maintain processes that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • IT Service Management: Implement and manage IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Security: Design and implement network security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in process engineering, IT service management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge: ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management), IT service management practices, and security standards.
  • Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
