We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM Manager to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of our sales and customer success technology stack. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in CRM administration and management to drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools, building processes, creating automations, workflows, and reports, and ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-scaling SaaS company. The successful candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage, customize, and optimize HubSpot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Build processes, create automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
  • Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you love data and details.
  • A comfortable level of technical ability, including managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and coach team members.
