Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to perform strategic planning, project management office and administrative role for Business Continuity Management. The successful candidate will work closely with our global teams in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data administration of business continuity plans in Archer/Riskonnect.
  • Collaborate with support functions to update headcount in the emergency notification system.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to monitor workforce concentration.
  • Support enterprise resilience program with data governance and report generation.
  • Develop and maintain business impact analysis and business continuity plans.
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions on strategic initiatives.
  • Provide support to plan owners and business continuity managers during events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, documentation and reporting skills.
  • Availability for 'on-call' duties during incidents or events.
