We are a pioneering AI and ML education organization seeking two driven co-founders to partner with us on our growth journey.

Key Role Responsibilities
  • Sales & Marketing Co-Founder (CRO / CMO): Drive learner acquisition, secure corporate upskilling contracts, and expand the brand nationwide and globally. Develop a 12-month strategy for scaling from our current base to 25K+ active learners.
  • Technical Co-Founder (CTO / Head of Learning & Labs): Lead product and curriculum development in AI/ML, build and scale cloud lab infrastructure, and mentor our instructor network. Propose a technical roadmap for building scalable environments, training improvements, etc.

We seek strategic value beyond capital investment. What's available:

• Equity: 10–25% each (negotiable, tied to role & investment)

• Capital Contribution: ₹20–50 L each — mandatory for runway growth

• Compensation: Zero until traction → stable revenue → funding

• Commitment: Full-time, 3–5 years to build an enduring category leader

We're not starting from scratch. We're expanding on a foundation that's already working — and scaling it into something the market truly needs.
