We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of

.Net Application Support Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve technical issues and improve application performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including design and development, to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in .Net Core, C#, SQL DB, and related fields to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Document troubleshooting guides and FAQs to share knowledge and best practices within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in .Net Core, Strong C# and SQL DB skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • DevOps: Azure DevOps.
  • Source Control : GIT.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Good to have: Knowledge of Angular.
