We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Pune, India.
- Analyze data and drive actions to enable various workforce processes
- SUPPORT VARIOUS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT RELATED OPERATIONAL PROCESSES PERTAINING TO ONBOARDING, OFF BOARDING AND VARIOUS SUB-PROCESSSES TO STREAMLINE THE END USER EXPERIENCE
- Work closely with the Workforce Management Team and be an effective and collaborative team player
- Resource Management - Resource planning and Governance: excellent analytical skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed Business plans, allocate resources, and establish timelines for successful execution
- Stakeholder Management: Build a strong relationship with GB GF Transformation Leads, HR, Vendor Account Managers and Partners for effective management of objectives
You will also have the opportunity to work with various teams for effective adoption of Technology Tools.
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant Business Management and resource management experience, with prior experience in Banking domain and People Management experience.
