About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop a collaborative environment that fosters community engagement.
  • Organize events for new members to facilitate networking opportunities.
  • Work with local businesses to plan engagement initiatives.
  • Measure member satisfaction and strive for improvement.
  • Ensure the front desk is always staffed by a team member.
  • Conceptualize and execute community events that build relationships between members.
  • Introduce new members to the existing community of members.
  • Manage billing, check-ins, and check-outs for eligible members.
  • Conduct center tours for potential new members.
  • Address member needs promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage membership waiting lists.
  • Verify that all members have enrolled in the CoWrks App.
  • Collect data on members' business objectives and identify relevant services.
  • Supervise in-building events to ensure compliance with house rules.
Operations

Work with the Operations teams to maintain operational efficiency and cleanliness.

  • Liaise with the Community Manager to develop policies for Guest Registration, Security, and Building Procedures.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Community Manager.
  • Liaise with the Facilities and IT Support teams to resolve member issues.
  • Implement initiatives to promote CoWrks.
  • Liaise with the Communications, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure timely digital communications.
  • Develop new initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Inspect amenities and services daily and report maintenance needs.
  • Prepare expense reports for review.
  • Submit procurement requirements in a timely manner.
Sales & Marketing

Limit desk vacancies through enhanced member experience.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to increase visibility for the location.
  • Manage lead generation with care, following the CoWrks Sales Process.
  • Pursue auxiliary revenue streams, including meeting rooms and day passes.
  • Conduct walkthroughs and coordinate with the Sales Team.
  • Research potential members and develop tailored marketing strategies.
  • Promote members' offerings across Cowrks.

  • Experience: 2+ Years
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree
