Job Overview:
We seek a seasoned Data Analyst to develop and deploy AI & ML solutions across diverse business domains.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Extracting valuable insights from complex datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems and drive data-driven decision making.
- Optimizing model performance through feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Crafting efficient data processing pipelines for seamless data collection, cleaning, transformation, and integration.
- Validating model performance using metrics and validation techniques to ensure reliability and robustness.
- Implementing A/B testing and experimental design methodologies to validate hypotheses and measure solution impact.
- Developing proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate the value and feasibility of data science solutions.
- Staying current with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods through continuous learning and research.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in statistics, mathematics, and computer science, with demonstrated expertise in applying advanced statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-12 years of experience in data science with a strong track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Strong knowledge of database systems and big data technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
