Campaign Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Key Responsibilities Include:
    • Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Managing campaign timelines, resources, and performance metrics
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
    • Monitoring and analysing campaign data to provide actionable insights for optimization
    • Handling end-to-end campaign lifecycle – from ideation, targeting, and content creation to execution and reporting

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management, preferably in EdTech/FMCG/IT
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
