Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the creative team to strive for excellence in performance
  • Monitor the quality of design projects and provide feedback to team members

  • Investigate and implement innovative ways to deliver design services, maximizing efficiency and productivity
  • Manage team meetings, scheduling, and work reviews
  • Coordinate knowledge sharing and learning within the team
  • Present work and discuss needs with clients, identifying opportunities for growth
  • Assign creative leads and develop accounts and teams
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with a strong focus on digital design
  • Proven ability to direct complex design projects involving senior stakeholders and interdisciplinary creative teams
  • Exceptional graphic design and typography skills
  • Deep technical design skills in one or more discipline, such as content creation, design for digital, brand immersion, events, design for print, user experience, etc.
  • Proven ability to communicate and liaise with all levels in the business
  • Director-level written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC, Microsoft Office, and other related software
